Primarolia

The Primarolia Festival is a starting point for contemporary culture with an emphasis on the convergences of contemporary art, historical research and place identity. Based in Aigio, Achaia, it is the annual screening of the cross-sectoral cultural activities of the homonymous body Primarolia, with the central event being the International Exhibition of Contemporary Art and a series of cultural events and activities (creative workshops, taste, cinema, theater, music, cultural roundtables strategy, oral history). Inspiration and occasion, the place, the history and the culture of the black currant, this timelessly valuable product of both Aegialia and the country.
